My pricing is designed to be transparent and straightforward, ensuring you receive dedicated time and resources for your project.
Here’s how my standard rates and scheduling work:

*Standard daily rate is based on 8 hours of focused work, typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM SAST, which includes a one-hour break during the day.
Projects requiring weekend work are subject to availability. A surcharge will be applied to the standard daily rate:

To ensure optimal planning and resource allocation, I request that projects are booked at least 7 days in advance.
For urgent projects booked with less than 5 days' notice, an additional rush fee of 45% will apply to accommodate the expedited scheduling.
I offer monthly contract arrangements to facilitate our collaboration. To secure this dedicated time and ensure effective planning, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation. Kindly note that finalizing these monthly agreements at least 30 days prior to the start date is necessary to guarantee availability and allow me to allocate sufficient resources exclusively to your project.
Every client's needs are different. For situations requiring ongoing partnership (retainers) or highly specialized project work that falls outside standard packages, pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.
